Refund policy


At by Another, each piece is created with intention and care. If your purchase isn’t the right fit, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit under the following conditions.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Exchanges or store credit are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We do not offer refunds.
  • Items must be returned in original condition, with:
    • Original tags attached
    • No signs of wear, damage, or alteration
    • Original packaging fully intact
  • All returned items are subject to inspection. Items that do not meet our return criteria will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
  • Requests submitted after 7 days from delivery are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Engraved, embossed, personalized, or monogrammed pieces
  • Initial jewelry
  • Custom orders or any item modified from its original “as-is” listing
  • Items marked Final Sale in the product description

Any variation in size, color, or customization not offered for standard purchase on our website is considered a custom order and is final sale.

Items showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

Shipping & Return Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Prepaid return labels are not provided.
  • If an item is sent in error, return shipping will be covered by by Another.
  • Orders shipped outside of the U.S. or Canada may be subject to duties and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be waived.

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact our customer service team via email with your order details and the item you wish to return. Approved returns will receive detailed return instructions.

Returned items must include:

  • Original tags and packaging
  • A copy of the original packing slip and completed return form

Store Credit Processing

Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued within 48 hours.
Store credits exclude shipping fees and have no cash value.
