1. Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or modify, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will try our best, but we cannot guarantee changes.

If your made-to-order item is already in production, we can cancel it and issue a store credit. All rings are considered special orders, and a 15% restocking fee applies if you cancel, modify, or exchange a ring still in production.

2. How fast will my order be processed?
Most of our pieces are made-to-order, with production times of 3–8 weeks. Once shipped, delivery within Canada typically takes 3–10 business days, and international orders take 7–10 business days. Multiple items are shipped together unless otherwise requested.

3. What methods of payment do you offer?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay, and PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of ordering, regardless of lead time. Only one payment method can be used per order.

4. Will I be charged duties or import fees?
Sales tax is collected on Canadian orders where required. Orders shipped outside Canada may incur import duties and taxes, which are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. How can I figure out what ring size to buy?
If you don’t know your size, we offer a ring sizing kit. Alternatively, a local jeweler can measure your fingers quickly and accurately.

6. What if I need to get an item resized?
Some intricate ring designs cannot be resized without compromising the piece. Contact us at support@byanother.com to discuss your options.

7. Can I get an item engraved?
Engraving is available on select products. If available, choose the “Engraving” option on the product page and type your text in the personalization field. If no option appears, please contact us. Engraving costs $20 and all engraved pieces are final sale.

8. I lost an earring. Can I buy a single earring?
Many of our earrings are sold individually, so you can replace a lost piece. If the earring is only sold as a pair, contact us and we will do our best to help.
